These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MySeriesList at myserieslist.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MySeriesList helps you track TV shows, mark episodes as watched, manage your watchlist, view upcoming episodes, and optionally import data from TV Time. The service is currently provided free of charge.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You must verify your email address before using authenticated features.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• upload malicious files or abuse the contact or import features
• misrepresent your affiliation with MySeriesList, TMDB, TV Time, or any third party

TV metadata and third-party services

Show metadata, images, and related content may come from TMDB and other third-party sources. MySeriesList is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by TMDB. TV Time import functionality helps you migrate your own data; MySeriesList is not affiliated with TV Time.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the personal watch data you create in MySeriesList. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data so we can operate the service for you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep MySeriesList available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySeriesList is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of metadata, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySeriesList and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
